Concept design sets the overall feel and standard for the new office. Departmental space standards and adjacencies are planned together with the office interior design. We present our inspirational work place design concepts and finishes in line with your branding expectations using 3D visuals and rendered floor plans.
Detail Design Stage
Detailed design is the preparation of all design information for subsequent construction. This includes drafting drawings for mechanical and electrical services, IT services, joinery, partitioning, ceilings and structural works.
Post Construction Stage
With the construction works finished on site our relationship does not just end here.After care service is about being on hand to make changes, fix faults and develop concepts regardless of size, value or nature and this is often how clients judge the success of their workspace project and the on-going partnership with DÉCOR N MORE.
Furniture Selection
To ensure form and function work together harmoniously, DÉCOR N MORE provides its clients with an opportunity to tour various showrooms in order to try the furniture before purchasing it. Moreover, DÉCOR N MORE allows the respective staff to try the new design by utilizing our mock workstation feature.
MANUFACTURE
Joinery

PROJECT COORDINATION
Throughout construction we will conduct regular site visits in order to manage the implementation of the design, providing updates to all parties to review progress as well as monthly financial updates. Any FF&E orders which fall outside of the contractor’s remit will also be dealt with through DÉCOR N MORE. Upon reaching the end of the project, we will attend the site and compile a Schedule of Defects which will be passed onto the main contractor to rectify prior to practical completion. Another survey after repairs have been completed sees the project closed and the property handed over for occupation.
